Sellwares

Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms are between you and Sellwares Sweden, Von Lingens Väg 43, 213 70 Malmö, Sweden (“Sellwares”, “we”). By opening an account or using Sellwares you agree to them.

What Sellwares is

Sellwares gives creators a shop of their own: a storefront, checkout, products, bookings, memberships, email and the tools around them. Buyers buy from the creator, not from us — the creator is the seller and is responsible for what they sell.

Your account

If you sell on Sellwares

What is not allowed

Illegal goods or content; content that infringes someone else's rights; malware, spam or phishing; hate, harassment or content that exploits anybody; and anything that attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance for each period and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you before any price change takes effect.

Your content

What you put in your shop stays yours. You give us the permission we need to host, show and deliver it as part of the service, and nothing more.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sellwares running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something you rely on, we will tell you in good time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Before closing, you can export your data.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Questions: saasteamberlin@gmail.com. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.
